Private sellers and commercial dealers must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding vehicle condition, mileage, pricing, location, and legal ownership documentation on AutoMarket.
AutoMarket provides tools to connect buyers and sellers directly. All negotiations, price agreements, and transaction terms are strictly between the vehicle buyer and seller.
Sellers and dealerships can choose listing packages to feature or boost vehicle visibility. Subscription fees for listing packages are non-refundable once the promotion period begins.
We strongly advise buyers to inspect vehicles in person, perform professional mechanical checks, and verify ownership documents before completing payment transactions.
AutoMarket operates as an online automotive classifieds venue. While we enforce verification checks, AutoMarket is not liable for independent agreements or transactions between buyers and sellers.
Listings containing false information, stolen vehicles, misleading prices, or unauthorized imagery are strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately without prior notice.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Nigeria.
